When is this movie going to be released on DVD in Region 01?

So... any news on a possible US DVD release of Rapa Nui?

I haven't heard anything... but it appears that Kevin Reynolds is slowly going through his old stuff and getting it released on DVD.
New cut of Waterworld is out, which interestingly had some parallels to Rapa Nui.

I have the original VHS I've transferred to DVD if you're interested. I know this film's not released on DVD (in the US) and the VHS is out-of-print.

I have the DVD. Looks bootleg from Thailand lol it's in English and Thai, you have options.

do IMDB people have nothin better to do? =P
