Oh no, not again!! (spoilers)

I just watched this and thought it was extremely well-made and acted, with a superb sense of Kafkaesque dread throughout.
BUT...
It didn't take long to figure out the "twist". Actually, I figured it out as soon as they showed the clock with no hands, about 10 minutes in. And I'm SICK of that twist! Yes, I know this was made before Sixth Sense and The Others, but it was after Carnival of Souls, Final Approach, Jacob's Ladder, and the Twilight Zone episode "The Hitchhiker" (and those are just the ones I can think of off the top of my head). It's gotten to the point that whenever a movie opens with a violent event involving the protagonist, then he/she experiences a lot of weird goings-on, I know exactly what the twist will be.
