Pulp Fiction In Chronological Order

I'll break it down here:

Movie starts with Jules and Vince on their way to the job. The Royal with Cheese and foot massage conversation.
They do the job, the 3rd guy jumps out of the bathroom. "Divine Intervention".
Marvin gets shot in the car. They arrive at Jimmy's house. The Wolf saves the day. They decide to get breakfast.
The diner scene with Pumpkin and Honey Bunny. Jules vows to become the Sheppard. (The Tarantino ending).
Vincent and Jules arrive at the bar to deliver the suitcase. Marcelleus and Butch disscussn the problems with pride. Butch and Vincent exchange words. Jules presumable quits here.
Vincent buys drugs from Lance.
The date with Mia and Vince. Mia od's, and the adrenaline shot.
Butch has the dream/flashback to when Captain Coon delivered his fathers watch.
Butch kills his opponent, flees to the hotel room. But has to return to his apartment for his watch. In the process he ambushes and kills Vincent, and runs over Marcellus. Gets captured by Spider and Zed. Escapes, rescues Marcellus, takes Zeds chopper, and picks up his girlfriend and leaves LA.
