2 questions remain unanswered for me

1. Never knew for sure whether Yanuk did or did not (as he claims) sexually harass his former female partner. Did I miss something of an explanation? His boss congratulated him on being found not guilty, but also gives him a somewhat dirty look at the end.

2. Never understood how the female killer so easily overpowered much bigger men in all the killings. During one killing, she grabbed the victim by the throat with one hand, literally lifted him off the ground and choked him to death....all with just that one hand. Again, did I miss something?
