I thought this was the one where Hightower gets in a fight in the end and his name tag is hurt and he says to himself now I am mad and beats the guy up? But its some guy comparable to his size Ron Perlman>

You're talking about part 6. Hightower fights Darwyn Swalve (Ox).

No, Hightower wasn't in this one. Apparently, he had retired.

Marion "Hooks" was not cast, and Bubba refused to do this film is she wasn't in it. It was doomed before it began shooting!
