My parents are in this movie

Pet Shop was filmed in my town of Ridgecrest, CA. I remember it just like it was yesterday. Both my parents were in it. My dad was an extra in one, maybe two, scenes. The one I remember was in a restaurant or something.

My mom is the lady in the grey dress that drops her groceries and screams, while running away.

I remember watching the film crews paint and change the street it was filmed on, Balsam street, here in Ridgecrest.

I'm looking for this movie on VHS or DVD. Please reply if you know where I can pick it up.

You can find used VHS copies on sites such as Amazon or eBay. The film is not yet available on DVD, at least to my knowledge.

Starting October 12th, Echo Bridge Home Entertainment will be releasing some of Full Moon's output onto DVD, so it's possible Echo Bridge could release this on DVD soon as well.

Well they filmed part of this in our buildings on balsam street and part of the flooring had to be replaced, took a long time to recover the cost

Did you guys have to recover the cost? I heard the left owing quite a few people. But I never knew if it was the truth :-(

That's awesome! My next-door neighbors their grandson was dressed up as the dog I think it was? He was so excited I think he was 15 years old or so and when he was done they thanked him and he started walking away and they said hey here is your money :-) I think the boys name was Wolf/I think his real name was German or something. But he had the nicest grandparents we lived in the old barracks behind the base. I actually liked living in Ridgecrest it was off the beaten path and Chinese food was really expensive and not all that good but they had an awesome thrift store!
