One of the Worst Movies Ever Made. It is almost hilarous. Michael Caine trying hard not to look Michael Caine. Maybe that is his plan. I hope he was paid a lot for the embarassment. Seagal sucks Under Siege Would Have been better with anyone other the Big Oaf in Black. In reality Seagal would not be a free man after killing dozens of Oil Company Goons. He still killed a bunch and blew up a refinery. I think he would still go to jail. The movie is beyond stupid. It is the film that ruined Seagal's career. His first big flop and the worst non- Straight to Video or DVD film of Seagal's career. Seagal received 3 Razzie Nominations for this crap.
