One major Goof

Did anyone notice throughout the movie David Eckhardt drives a Jaguar. When he arrived to LA from Salt Lake city it showed him arriving in the city through the airport leading us to believe he came by plane, but yet he seen driving his jaguar all around LA looking for Jerry.
I thought Derek seemed to do a better job as a hitman than Eckhardt, and thats why he felt the need to kill him later.
