Not as classic as the first!

I watched this film with good expectations. Now I'm not saying I dont like the film.....But it did lack the fun and campyness of the original. The films beginning and middle were just way more boring and made me think I wasted a delivery from netflix. But as it played out, the more i was digging it. The films last half was filled with chopping and slicing. We got to see a lot more of Angela that we didn't get to see in the original which was cool I guess....But I dont know. Maybe I'm a sucker for the 80s and missed that feel. It just cannot compare to the original.

Absolutely! The first one was the best, and it wasn't corny at all like this one imo.

Agree and disagree. The 1st was more a horror movie with comedic moments, whereas this is almost a straight up comedy. Although I did love a few things about this movie, like the lipstick scene, the heavy metal strip dance, and the boob hands. This is actually a really fun movie, and 100% better than I expected. This one had it's tongue planted firmly in cheek, and it worked great in my opinion.

The 1st is a better made movie, no doubt. But as far as which one my friends and I had more fun watching? Well, as much crap as I know i'll get for saying it, this movie was actually more entertaining to the group...

It's not as scary as the original. The characters aren't as memorable. It tries too hard to be funny at times, but it's still good trashy fun. Way better than 3.

It's much more entertaining actually. NOTD 1 is boring garbage.
