1. I'm assuming because she's kind of mousy
2. Just like in the first film, people could be turned after being killed. They were just more zombie-like.
3. Yes, she was sprayed and melted with holy water.
4. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense (why should it have to?), but the lipstick was used to transport Angela from Hull House to the school since she couldn't cross the stream herself.
5. I like to think it was Suzanne's lipstick from the first film. It was at least an homage to that infamous scene.
6. They do not. However, there was really no need to mention her family at any point in the movie. As long as she never said that she was an only child, this is not a plot hole.
7. Angela was already back in the opening scene so it definitely wasn't Perry. I don't think there was any specific explanation, however she was obviously brought back in the sequel since she was the face of the original film. They needed her in order to sell the movie and make her sort of a female Freddy Krueger type villain.
Question for you, why question so much in a movie like this? It's just a low budget comedy/horror that focuses on gore and nudity over anything else. You're supposed to shut off your brain and have fun with these types of flicks :).
