I really loved this movie when I was a kid.. I did catch up with it a couple of years ago and it was again entertaining..it pains to see a low rating for this movie..it definitely deserves better..cmon ther r a lot of worse movies than this on this site tat have higher ratings..

my favorite scene from this movie is when swank dances to the cranberries tape and the monks join in..

There is nothing good about this movie. If you replace the character the entire story is built upon, its not really the same movie anymore. They just tried to take the karate kid series too far and should not have ever made this one.
