Would this film have been better...

...if there were no fight scenes in it at all? Kinda defeats the purpose of it being a Karate Kid film I know. Everything else was passable enough but watching the fight scenes you can't help but cringe. Badly choreographed, lack of physicality or believability especially in the last fight and just generally a bit rubbish. I remember seeing this on video when I was much younger and enjoying it and even now watching it again I can still enjoy it amongst the naffness of it but the fight scenes are just crap
