Plot hole!

According to this movie, Miyagi taught Julie's father karate. But in the first Karate Kid film, Daniel asks Miyagi if he had ever taught anyone karate before and Miyagi said no. Just another reason to hate this movie I guess.

Actually, Miyagi supposedly teaches Julie's Grandfather, then her grandfather teaches her father and her father teaches her. Not that it matters thought, this movie is still lame!
