Having only watched the first episode, there are some Arguable Similarities to The Dark Knight, but they mostly all come from The Batman comics.

The Mayor dude is sorta like Harvey Dent
And the opening with the 2 people robbing a Bank that turns out to have an Armed staff is also interesting.
