How come Aaliyahs Back and Forth Song which wasn't popular until mid 1994 was in the movie including the video? Or how about Kiss from a Rose by Seal. Song didn't come out until mid 1994 and wasn't a hit until summer of 1995. Did they make new scenes for the U.S. version?

The Aaliyah clip was probably an insert shot filmed during post production in 1994. The record label would have sent the promo out to the film company as soon as it was completed.
As has been countless times already, the soundtrack to NES 3 is excellent.
