Ooops, the Bible

remember how Nell threw a fit when it was gone?
remember Jerry taking it once?
remember the sheriff and Jerry finding the note in it? Well, Nell's mom could write....we know that because of the note that said...please take care of Nell.
Well, it looked like an old bible to me....and from what I have seen of that type of bible, there are parts of it for family history etc. Wouldn't Violet have written something about the family in it? Birthdates, and such? What do you think?
