This is for people who are curious about the content of said film. I am not going to give a list of subject matter because IMDB already offers a category for that, so instead I am going to give the reason for why the film would be rated R (please keep in mind that this film is not rated so I am just making this up as I would probably see it.)

It would be rated "R for Violence, Grisly Images, Sexual Content, Graphic Nudity, Language, and Brief Drug Use.
