Dificult trivia question about the movie (Anyone?)

Theres a funny scene with actor Bruce A Young in this 1994 slapstick parody movie, in the middle of the prision riot whrn everyone is fighting, this caracter named "Tyrone" is swiftly grabbed by prison guards and suddenly many tv and media rushes their microphones and he said something like "I told you, My private life doesnt concern you!!..." i know this was a parody pointing to some actor but Who?, since the movie is from the nineties and i doesnt recall a scandal similar wht this related dialogues or similar... maybe is referencin to a inmate scandal? (tyson?) or maybe a colored VIP (Tiger woods?) dont know if the dates are correct, maybe a white person scandal, (the prision character said "Man, this place changes people!, I used to be White!!") any help

I am watching it right now, and my DVD has him saying "Can't we all just get along", which is what Rodney King said during the LA riots.

That is what he said. "Can't we all just get along?" After he started the fight and got his @$$ whooped, he now wants everyone to be friends lol.
