Where abouts is the hotdog stand and the Budapest Garage on real life?

This place called tail o' the pup...but, it isnt around anymore. they lost their lease. it was at san vicente and beverly---u can see it here:

and do u mean the mechanic garage? it is at 123 yale ave claremont, ca

The garage is 4440 Sunset Drive, Los Angeles though I think the upper part where they lived was just a facade built for the movie (that or they just knocked it down idk).
