Fun B-Film Highway Thriller

Has a very retro, Roger Corman-like feel to it, which is exactly what I suppose they were going for. It's a bit restrained and seems like a TV film, although both of those facts aid in some occasional, very understated black comedy elements.

Gerald McRainey is fantastic; his character is so mellow/even-keeled no matter what's going on, no matter what he has to deal with.

Both Carla Gugino and Elan Oberon are sexy as hell. Jake Busey is just as you'd expect to good effect. Some really nice settings that are well-shot, too. Cool 50s cars, props, etc.
