Magical Consultant!!

Who was the magical consultant in the movie who actually dealt the bottom cards during the final game? For example, in the movie 'The Sting' you see Paul Newman producing 4 aces from a shuffled deck of cards. Infact a very famous magician at the time, by the name of John Scarne did all the mechanical work. Oh the magic of movie making :)
