Gonna go ahead and say they wouldn't have won the trophy at the end.

No way a bunch of military officers would give them first place after that.

It's a movie. A work of fiction. A comedy.

If their routine had all the elements that were required why not?

he is a racist douche who believes every military person should follow all the antiquated procedures and strict conducts of old military personnel, and nothing should ever change but what he doesnt get is that if nothing ever changed, women, homos and non-white cultures would not be in the military, willing to die for their country also.

I don't think the USA is worth dying for. Would you like to buy some punctuation?

I dunno, I think they would have had a great shot.

First, they're the underdogs and everyone knows it. Madison was dead last for the last what, 8 years? So turning in a credible performance AT ALL would be pretty remarkable.

Second, what they did I've seen done before and I was in the military. It's not often, but there are DI's out there who will put together some unusual close order drills using legitimate movements. Watch Renaissance Man for an example.

Third, losing their drill leader and replacing him with the youngest kid on the squad - who pulls off the drill correctly despite his age - was a gutsy move and would win some respect.

Lastly, the close order drill by the deaf kid was pretty damned amazing, and way more advanced than what anyone else was doing.

Put all that together and yeah, you've got a really good chance for that little squad to win.

Whores will have their trinkets.

You are saying Tiger's performance was not up to par?
