Making fun of Snipes

Havn't anyone noticed, that they are making fun of Snipes in this movie. In this sequel Willie Mays Hayes has also become an action hero (like Snipes had become, after his movies), and is called an b-action hero. And they also refere Jack Parkman (played by David Keith) as New Jack City (a movie that Snipes has the leading role, http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0102526/).
