Accuracy

Quite honestly, this film is not very accurate at all. It's about as accurate as those unauthorized documentaries they do on celebrities where they are always getting the dates wrong regarding different events in there careers. This is an unauthorized, unofficial movie about Madonna that was simply made by a company who wanted to do a movie about her. They didn't get Madonna's endorsement at all. All of the events they covered in this film are heresy based upon maybe 1 or 2 people they interviewed who were there when they actually occurred (or maybe even didn't occur.) In other words - this leaves most of the movie up for bias. They paint Madonna out to be someone who slept her way into the business. And while she is no angel at all and I'm sure slept around a lot - I honestly think that had very little, if anything to do at all with Madonna's success or ability to get into the biz. Her determination to be a star and do what she needed to do to get there - but in all the research I've done on Madonna's career, sleeping with others really had nothing to do with it. So basically I think this movie is garbage. I've seen it a few times and just don't buy hardly any of it. Not to mention that the actress does not act like Madonna at all.
