WHY THERE'S NO DVD OF THIS FILM !!!!!

WHY? So many crap every year and this little interesting movie has been forgotten.
Actually I know nobody that know about that movie.
It's a little gem!
I would like to add that movie in my collection !!

How much does it cost to be licensed?
