i couldnt imagin where you would find this show.... i mean most people cant even remember that it exsisted. the only reason i remembered it was becouse they brought it up on a card on adult swim on cartoon network.
all i can say is good luck in your search!

When you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all.

I've got to agree, piracy of this show is hardly a crime - there's no more money left to be made off the property, it's creators should simply be psyched that anyone cared enough to start distributing it again.

If you want it released go to tvshowsondvd.com and vote for it to be released. I Am not even sure If this is the show I was looking for in the first place somebody said It might be All I remember is watching a show or movie years ago that had someguy in a silver bug costume with red eyes riding a silver motorcycle.

Sorry to necro this thread, but just in case anybody else is looking for this as well:

"some guy in a silver bug costume with red eyes riding a silver motorcycle"

That does not sound like MANTIS to me... Most likely Masked Rider, which is in many ways similar to Mighty Morphing Power Rangers (and technically is considered a spin off of it). Like Power Rangers, it was originally a Japanese show (called Kamen Rider, which actually has as many variations as Power Rangers), brought to America by Haim Saban, with the Japanese story part replaced with American actors but keeping the original fight sequences. He even gets mentioned in one of the Power Rangers episodes which aired around the same time.

In theory this could be an excellent example of why P2P programs exist. How many shows are made per year that make it onto networks only to be thrown away? In a perfect world, companies would just throw out shows in disc sets and try to make as much money as they could off of their product instead of having to revisit it whenever a retro craze comes along.

But aside from that, I'd love to see MANTIS on DVD. Too bad a lot of fans have to wait and go through extraordinary means until that day arrives.
