way underrated of a film

I mean come on,its really funny, has some nice action scenes, good story. It deserves slack from being made in 1994. Honestly I think people trash it because its kinda a black film, is Lethal Weapon 3 which was made in 1992 some much better? Rating this a 5.7 shows it, not saying its a 7 but should be in the 6's.
