The scenery in this film is spectacular. It most certainly isn't atoll-like, but it is volcanic.It's most likely to be the Hawaian island, but there are many similar looking skylines in French Polynesia. There's a resemblance to Bora-Bora or Moorea near Tahiti.

If you look under filming locations you hit he nail right on the head.

Both Moorea and Tahiti were places scenes were shot.

Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing is made on the Moon! My Uncle from Mars told me, so I know it's true!

I am not revealing my name to protect the innocent.

I heard it was filmed in Los Angeles, New York,and Tahiti. It was a family affair because 18-19 month old Kathlyn was on location during the filming of the film. I think they had a play area for the tot.
