The last song was a music by Ennio Morricone, though I cannot give the exact title since the music is referred to with differet names. "For Annette and Warren", "Love Affair" by Ennio Morricone, sometimes Piano Solo by Ennio Morricone. It's wonderful that this music was playing throughout the movie.

"I guess I'm happy when I don't want to be anywhere else but where I am"
