What does it matter what I think? What does it matter what anybody thinks? Most people don't think.
The only one I know of is Gone With the Wind. But GWTW is not a movie for children, as Little Women might be.
shareIt's interesting that so many people, including perhaps Alcott herself, think of "Little Women" as a book (or movie) for children. It's mainly about four girls, one of whom is still a child at the beginning of the story. But it's a story for anyone of any age, and adults will probably get more out of it.

The House of Spirits (family period drama from the 90s, Winona Ryder also featured, although it sets in South America)
Fried Green Tomatoes (maybe it's the furthest of all, but Little Women reminded me it also. Much much lighter tone, sets the the 1920s Alabama, also very female centered)
