I was 12. I remember it very well. I discovered it on video two years after it came out in theaters and I watched it over and over and over again.

I was 11. I rented it and loved it. Then I got the VHS for Christmas and pratically wore the tape out. I admit to even acting out the movie while I watched it-being Jo, of course. Then a few years ago, I upgraded to DVD and still watch it a few times a year.

I was 16, I read the book and then watched the movie and wasn't at all disappointed by it. I loved Christian Bale in it (then again I love all of his movies lol)

I was 10...my mom and dad had rented it soon after it came out on video, and absolutely fell for it. I've seen it so, so many times- enough to memorize the entire film. The soundtrack quickly became one of my all time favorites, too, and introduced more works by its magnificent composer, Thomas Newman, to me (check out his scores for "Finding Nemo", "Road to Perdition", "Revolutionary Road", they're beautiful.).
I finally bought the DVD of it a couple of years ago after our video copy got lost. I never tire of it.

I was I think probably 10 or 11, but I remember borrowing the movie from the local library and coming home and watching it. It was one of the best movie experiences of my life. Now I've signed it out from the library at least 3 times since, and watch it every time I get to when it comes on television. It's a classic and really captures the beautiful essence of the novel. It's kinda embarrassing how much I love it because I'm 19 almost 20 now!

Never be embarrassed for liking a movie. :D

About 9 or 10 I think. I don't know how we came to own the movie but I used to watch it over and over and always cry when Beth died, without fail.

Should I give up, or should I just keep Chasing Pavements

I was 10 or 11. I'm 20 and I still love this movie. Still have the VHS, and I watch it every time it's on TV! :) I haven't read the book in years, but I want to again. I'll probably buy it the next time I'm at a bookstore. ;)

I was 9 or 10. I have the VHS... I should probably get the DVD soon. It's always been my comfort movie. I've seen it a hundred times! Whenever I've been sad or down I watch it and it makes me feel so happy and like everything is going to be all k. (Though I am always wishing SOOO much that Jo and Laurie would please, please, PLEASE get together in the end!!! Though Gabrielle Byre is awesome so it's sort of OK... sort of.)

Love this movie. One of my top ten.

I was 10.Still one of my favourite movies ever.

8. My mom bought the VHS and I wore it out. Every time I watch it, I still get mad that my namesake is the bratty Amy rather than my favorite- Jo.
