Great cinematography

I loved the look of this movie--very harsh and depressing. Whoever was in charge of the cinematography definitely nailed the mood of the film.

damn right... it's one of my favorite movies of all time,

despite of the big plot holes/unlikely turn of events

I must have watched this movie 15 times

I always thought this film was so stark it should have been in black & white.

Although a good film, it was far too depressing for me to count it among my all-time favorites. I've only watched it once but the multiple subtleties draws me to watch it again. I just don't know if I can tolerate its depression.
