I'd like to create the roster for MLB 07...can anyone help me fill the batting order/rotation in? Anything with a question mark means I'm uncertain.

C Mark Hodges (6th?)
1B Lou Collins (3rd)
2B Mickey Scales(1st)
SS? Pat Corning (5th)
3B Larry Hilbert (2nd)
RF? Lonnie Ritter (4th)
CF? Tucker Kain
LF? Spencer Hamilton
DH? Leon Alexander? Jerry Johnson/AAA callup (Ronnie Parker?)?

SP1 Mike McGrevey
SP5 Jim? Wedman
MR Jim Bowers
MR John Gatling

Any input would help. Surnames from the clubhose lockers, etc.

Pat Corning isn't that Kevin Elster at shortstop, former MLB player for the Mets and Yankees.

Indeed it is. John Blackout Gatling played by Brad Lesley is also a former Porfessional pitcher. Known as "The Animal" he works for the SF Giants as the youth pitching instructor.

Mike McGrevey is played by Scott Patterson, former Minor Leaguer and best known for his role as Luke on Gilmore Girls.

and Leon Alexander played by Leon Durham is also a former MiLB player.

The Twins real life Announcer John Gordon doubled as the Twins fake announcer Wally Holland.

I believe Tucker Kain is in right, and I'm pretty sure Lonnie DHs--he always disappears down the tunnel after every at-bat like he's not too concerned about turning around and going back out there.

Leon's a bit problematic--he started at first during Lou's benching and seemed to have enough problems there to where it's hard to envision trying to stick him anywhere else, but it's also hard to envision them keeping around a guy who could only play a position manned by an All-Star. Maybe he's a corner infielder. (Or was he left-handed?) Add in the presumably defensively-limited Jerry to the mix (an OF, I bet), and you have to assume Billy's going with 11 pitchers.

I have watched this movie many times and have actually tried to figure out the batting order. I'm pretty sure the batting order above is correct.
