Me I would've loved to see more of Scar's reign as King, I've felt we didn't get to see much of Scar's reign as King.

Or how about Zazu not being used and abused and getting the short end of the stick all the time.

Some gags that were out of place should be removed. (Hyenas boiling Zazu in a pot, Timon putting on a skirt, Rafiki wielding a cane that looked man-made, Zazu in a cage.)
