Question about the Cahill name tag

I'm sorry if this has already been discussed, or if I just missed something in the movie, but when did Bridget put the Cahill name tag over the Gregory one? It was obviously there before Mike entered the apartment, but I can't think of another time Bridget was in NYC without Mike (after she fled with the $$), where she would have had the chance to put the name tag there.

She had to have done it after she set up Mike to go there and before he got there obviously. During the break in and tying up of "Cahill", Clay, as he's tied up and pleaing that he's not Cahill, realizes that she must be nearby or watching(she's in NYC, he says or something).

He asks Mike if he was to give a signal that the job was done, and Mike mentions a light that will be turned on. And she could have done it very easily without anyone noticing for a few days that the name tag was wrong, and I think Mike drove there, so she had a headstart if she flew there after he left and before he got there; how often do people really look at those unless they are a delivery person or something?

Seeing how devious and diabolical she was, she likely took a flight or arrived very close to when Mike was to break in, as he would not have been there to stake the place out ahead of time, as the montage and the voiceover shows him arriving and breaking in as soon as he got there, or at least it is implied that way.

Or another possibility, but it would be too far even for her, is that she put that name tag there from the very beginning of the movie!...and knew she would set someone up for the murder of her husband, but she was just not sure how she was going to do that until Mike shows up with the insurance phone scam, and her devilish mind marinated on details of the murder plot. This is highly unlikely since it might be noticed after a few days, as I mentioned already.

I would be very interested in seeing the UK version with the deleted scenes.

That makes sense. I just thought that they drove to NYC together, but if they went separately to meet later and she got there first, then that would have been her time to put the name tag there. But wouldn't Mike question why they would get to NYC separately, or is he that dumb? I know most people see him as dumb, but I don't. He's no genius, but he's decently smart. What screws him over is that he is irresistibly drawn to Bridget/Wendy and tries to rationalize her behavior, no matter how absurd it is.

Mike thinks he is going alone and that he'd come back to Bridget after the deed is one, meaning Bridget would stay back at his place the whole time. Mike is too dumb to understand that the light signal is meant for her, and not as I think she puts it something about to know that your task/job is finished, like a self check or something. Only Clay knows that it must be signal for her, so she came alone and would only intervene if things do not go as planned, which obviously they do not.

I watched the last few scenes again and was confused, b/c they definitely left Beston together. Mike was driving and Bridget was in the car with him. I just don't know where they ended up separating, and where Mike thought she was supposed to be. Clay does say something like, "She's not in Beston, cowboy", and Mike looks surprised.
