Does the director's cut exist with English subtitles?

I have the French release which has the director's cut but does not have subs for the French speaking parts and the subtitles for the English parts are subtitled without them being able to be turned off. It's completely backwards! Does anyone know if this exists? I was hoping the UK bluray would have it and not only is it the theatrical version but it looks like complete crap.

There is a torrent for at Kickass Torrents titled Killing Zoe (1993) [1080p] x264 BRRip [HQ] - Jalucian

This torrent has the French Only Subs in it. No subs for the English Speaking parts. It is also the Director's Cut like yours.

I would post the link for you, but I am not sure if that is against IMDB rules.
