I remember seeing a non-Indian movie which had similar storyline...Does somebody know the name of that original movie?

500 Days of Summer... although that came out in 2009, 15 years after Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa.

They both have a lot of striking similarities, almost as if 500 Days of Summer took some inspiration from Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa?
