I recently watched the movie again as adult

As a young person, I really liked the movie, but now, as a grown man, I find it unbelievably boring and not as funny as I remember. Mostly, it's just plain dull. Boring is the key word here. While Schwarzenegger and DeVito do a nice job, the script is just lame.

I remember having the same reaction with "Phenomenon" (1996), I thought it's little boring, but at least in that one, there are some well-done scenes.

I've watched both movies multiple times in the past. While some movies have stood the test of time, unfortunately, these two haven't.
