Worst villian death
I would say in this order.
Wilkins - killed slowly and painfully by Shere Kahn.
Buldeo - buried alive by sand (while having a gunshot wound).
Harley - quicksand.
Boone - killed by Kaa.
Tabaqui - quick death, fell on a few rocks.

Wilkins' death was probably the worst. The poor idiot was terrorized to pieces before being torn apart by the fangs of Shere Khan. In a way, you can say he died by fear and again by fangs.
shareI always felt bad for Wilkins! He was never really a full-out bad guy ... just one of those who never had the courage or personality to really whole-heartedly choose a side ... I would have liked to see a 2nd chance and some redemption for him -- or at least a less brutal death, poor guy.

Well, yes, you're right about Wilkins accidentally contributing to the deaths of those too. But both were really cruel and deserved to die the way they did. Buldeo had a long history as a traitor and was greedy, not to mention that Harley was a sadistic bastard. But Wilkins? He just hanged out with the big boys. That's all.

Buldeo by far. He was shot pretty bad and then left to die slowly underneath that sinking chamber or whatever that was. Harley must have died faster and less terrorized by the thought.

Did it simply bury him with sand, and trap him there to die?
Or did it literally crush him like a hammer crushes a nail (and turn Buldeo into mashed potatoes)?
If the latter is true, then he probably suffered the worst death.
Crushed or just trapped to die there like somebody buried alive, Buldeo had the worst death.
