Blu-Ray Region Free?

Can anybody tell me if the Blu-Ray is Region Free?

AxelMusic and BluRay.com do not have that information.
And the own back cover of the Blu-Ray is not trust worthy, due to several Lionsgate BD's stating that they are Region A only, when in fact they are Region Free (Johnny Handsome, The Arrival).
