how the f did they make an official region 2 dvd

how the f did they make a official r2 dvd release of the jerky boys before making an official r1 release. these guys are from ny for crying outload. i didnt think anyone ouside of the us ever even heard these guys. i know theres bootlegs of the jerky boys on dvd selling thru ebay. my buddy once bought a couple years ago and its just a terrible copy from the laserdisc. i personally made my own copy from a laserdisc and it came out looking exactly like the laserdisc. i honestly thought the dvd copy i made looked alot better thru the componets on dvd vs the svid output on my laserdisc player

most dvd players have unlock codes to make them region free. look it up online, there's tons of sites out there explaining how to do it.
