Did anybody like Jada's hair style in the movie?

I thought it was a nice style..very nineties. I grew up in the nineties but I was still rather young when JL came out, was that style Jada wearin' a popular one at that time?

With my own hair I'd stay away from that style. But I think it fits well with Jada's character in the movie.

you know I thought it was funny looking but you gotta remember it was the 90's and I think they had to make Lyric look diffrent in comparison to the other females we saw in the film with the "updu's"

bottom line she was a cutie

It maybe me. But back in the day (1994) that hairstyle looked very beautiful on her. In fact, when I watch the movie now-a-days, it make her look extremely beautiful.

Those curls are gorgeous, and it's not the typical hairdos you see women wear back then. (e.g) like the "Dookie braids" (what you've seen Janet Jackson wear in Poetic Justice) or the "Bob" (what you've seen Halle Berry wear in Boomerang).

My sister is a beautician so when this movie came out. I was like begging her to style me like that. She (my sis) felt I didnt possess the right face/shape to pull it off. So I fired her as my stylist and got someone else to do it for me. If I could find someone to style me like that again I would do it all over again. It was not only perfect for that time but I can see it being a comeback style now (with just a few changes to the back).

I liked it. She looked cute.

Yeah, I thought Jada was too cute in this movie! That hair style really suited her. I think she looks best with shorter hair.
