How could you let one son pay for a crime another son had commited? What was wrong and telling the truth.

If you are assuming Joshua coming out of jail was due to fathers death...was not. He basically just became a hoodlem ~ dont recall if they stated exactly what he did but they did make comments how he's been in and out of jail for several different crimes. Probably for his theft.

Mother and Josh knew Jason shoot husband but police probably chalked it up as self defense or she took blame...who knows they didnt got into detail with that.

Right. Joshua became a hardened criminal and had been jailed 4 times for other offenses. His last stint in prison was not due to what happened with Maddog.
