I would say a he's a guy; even though some of his mannerisms are prissy and so are his clothes, here's my reason's for thinking he's male:
-visible adam's apple
-no hint of breasts
-narrow hips
-sometimes his voice sounded male
-at the wedding scene at the end, he held Pat around the waist while she held him by the arms
-if I remember, it is indicated at the wedding scene that Chris said his vows first; is usually (but not always) that the groom says the vows first
well... he was played by Dave Foley... who is a male afterall.

I think Chris is a woman, mainly because of the necklaces. I have never seen men wear necklaces like that. Except Mr. T, which doesn't count.
shareI agree. Once I saw Chris wearing a necklace I couldn't possibly classify its as a guy. Also her personality was 100% feminine.
