1/10 (could've been 0). Here's why:

Now that the time for androginy has past, I can talk about it. IT'S PAT is unfunny and mean yet harmless. By that I mean that there's nothing memorably or offensively bad about it. I actually saw it twice (and I survived!): First in English with subtitles and then dubbed in Spanish (thank you, SAP). The subtitles were written as if PAT was a man and CHRIS a woman. I wasn't surprised because in Spanish we have a set of adjectives for males and another one for females. Therefore, the people who wrote the subtitles had to make a choice. In the dubbed version, there are only 2 moments where a male adjective is used: When PAT is fired by his/her mailman boss and when KYLE calls PAT to the radio show. By the way, PAT & CHRIS are refered to as engaged with the male adjective. If you want to use all of those things as clues to solve the mystery, it would mean that they're not a lesbian couple; that at least 1 of them is a man. As I was watching the movie, I was wondering why the character was written as an intrussive *beep* because it wasn't necessary. I mean, that had nothing to do with the mystery of the gender. After watching it, I read that the character was initially conceived as an annoying person and then Julia Sweeney made the gender a question mark.
