Music Video Question

In the music video after the children make a mess on Reba's paper the little girl says it was an accident. And Reba says, "I don't need any more accidents in my life." I've always thought that she was referring to her child as an accident. When I said something to that affect in front of my boyfriend he thought I was wrong but couldn't offer up a better suggestion, other than she was just mad and wasn't necessarily talking about anything in particular. What does everyone else think?
