Does the Beethoven character lure a woman into a cellar

Can someone tell me if this is the movie I saw only a fragment of in 1994?

Does the Beethoven character, while in a basement looking out a window on to the street, call out to a passing woman, lure her downstairs for some conversation? Then he goes nuts and attacks her. The film only shows him grabbing her shoulders then cuts out and back in to show him playing a piano?

Think you must be thinking of the scene where Beethoven is desperate to talk to Johanna. He doesn't 'lure' her however, nor does he attack her. Deeply in love with her (in the film) He embraces and kisses her and she tells him to speak more quietly. (Due to his deafness he is shouting) That's the only scene I can think of that bears a resemblance to what you describe.

The Last Master

Okay, but do you remember if this Johanna was walking down the street and she sees Beethoven looking up at her from an underground basement room. He talks to her and she walks down a set of stairs and goes inside to talk with him.

I looked at "Blood Song", but that wasn't it, either.

No, that doesn't happen in this film.
