The very last scene..... (spoilers included, obviously)

I was just wondering if others who had watched this movie figured out just what part of the movie was the dream, and what part was real? The last scene in the movie makes no damn sense at all, since earlier - Tweed's character woke up the same exact way from what was assumed to be the dream! Crazy stuff.....
