Does anyone know the classical piece they're dancing to in the diner?

"Rosen aus dem Suden (Roses from the South)" by Johann Strauss, Jr. It's one of his most popular works, so almost any Strauss compilation should have it on there.

Will the real Beowulf please stand up and alliterate?

Ah ywa, Johann Strauss, Jr., the "waltz king". I wonder how many dance to his waltzes and polkas these days.
