Don't worry about those boys with cameras. They are at least 20 years old in nowadays, and they must have got their own girlfriends instead of thinking about Julia's front all the day.
In my opinion they've got Julia's scenes shot in the film studio,maybe in front of the blue screen. Then, they could have easily combine the boy scouts and the naked Julia.
The same method has been used in the Terminator 3, in the scene which T-X emerged naked on the street.
This movie was filmed near my house, and I was in class with 3 of the boyscouts. They are 23 now. I'll ask one of them next time i'm out and about

sharei think obviously she must of been wearing some kind of flesh tone underwear or thong, and pasties, i dont think a professional actress such as Julia would flash 2 dozen boy scouts for fun
